Cooking instructions
* Step 1
put tomatoes, chiles, garlic, and water in blender and blend until very smooth,
* Step 2
in large fry pan add small amount of oil and crumble in the longenesa, cook about 10 minutes.
* Step 3
add salsa to fry pan with longanesa let simmer about 5 minutes then add potatoes.
* Step 4
salt to taste and let simmer another 5 minutes and serve.
* Step 5
goes well with refried beans
