This is my family's recipe, it's very special for me,#nonv

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Assalamualaikum,take a meat mix the raw papaya paste,salt,red chilli,and Ginger Garlic paste,mix them and keep aside,for 10 mins,now grind the mince and mix the gram flour.

Let's make a meatballs,and fry the all meatballs,keep aside,

* Step 3

Heat a oil,pour the onion and tomato paste,mix well,cook some 5 mins,very low flame,now take a bowl mix the turmaric,red chilli, Coriander powder,ginger garlic paste,mix all spices together,help in water,now mix the onion & tomatoes paste,give it a good mix atlest for 10 mins,mix Salt.

* Step 4

Then mix the fry meat balls,give it some good cook for 5 mins,now switch the flame off, sprinkle the Garam masala,and serve with rice or chapati.
