Baked stuffed buns
This is my recipe,really delicious and best during iftar #Ramadan special

* Step 1
Assalamualaikum pour the milk into a bowl and add sugar to it and mix well, add the yeast to it and mix well keep aside for 5 min,it will froth and rise,if it does not rise,discard and start new batch.Take a large mixing bowl and add flour make a dent, add water,olive oil,salt in it and the yeast mixture. Meanwhile, prepare the stuffing heat a pan with a teaspoon of oil.add zeera allow it to crackle.Add onions and fry till transparent and cooked.add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric.
* Step 2
Garam masala and give a good mix.Remove from heat and add coriander leaves. Allow to cool completely. Pinch out small balls.Line a baking try with butter pepper and grease with butter.Take a bun dough and make a dent in middle and fill with vegetable stuffing bring the edges together,pinching with fingers and then smoothen the balls to give an even look, sprinkle carom seeds on each stuffed dough ball, bake for 17 -20 mins or untill the crust turns golden brown and smell heavenly!
* Step 3
You can serve it With your favourite sauces.
