* Step 1
Let's begin with the dough.if baking tha canopies (khatoris) use milk or curd to knead the dough wash and par dry a khatori turn it upside down and grease it with oil roll the dough into a circle big enough to cover the outer side of one khatori mold,preheat the oven at 350 degree F.cover all the khatories molds. Make sure all the canopies are clear of each other
* Step 2
Bake them in the oven for about 10-20 min or untill the outer covering is brown.allow them to sit on the counter for a while.once cooled remove from the molds now,under the sald filling canopies and ready to serve each and everyone
