Take a bowl add potato and all spices mix them keep aside
* Step 2
Mix flour,salt,carom chilli flakes and knead a dough, make a flat chapati put stuffing
* Step 3
Now shapes the spring rolls,heat oil in a pan and add all the spring roll and allow it to fry until golden and crisp,your yummy spring roll are ready to serve.
