Punjabi style Upma

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take suji roast it. Keep aside for cool.
* Step 2
Take oil in Kadai heat it roast moonfali and Chanadal remove from oil.
* Step 3
Add Rai, Sarso, crackle it add kadi ptta, chopped green chilli,Ginger, Garlic and onion saute for 2 minutes add green peas.
* Step 4
Put salt and kashmiri red chilli powder mix it. Put chopped tomato saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 5
Add roasted suji mix well put roasted moonfali and Chanadal. Mix and put 3 cup water on low flame mix and cover till then soak the water.
* Step 6
Off the gas and 10 minutes cover it. After 10 minutes put half lemon and Desi ghee. Mix well.
* Step 7
Yummy Punjabi style south indian upma is ready to eat.
