Dahi baingan

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the baigan and marinate it with salt and turmeric. Fry them nicely.
* Step 2
Now take a bowl add curd beat it till it's creamy. Add salt, sugar and red chilli jeera powder. Give it a nice mix.
* Step 3
Take a small pan add 2 tsp of oil add curry leaves, mustard seeds and saute.
* Step 4
Pour the tadka into the curd mixture. Mix and then add the fried baingan.
* Step 5
Let it soak the curd for 10-20 minutes.
