I have used whole grains bread. For making it healthier. #nonindian

Ingredient

Carrot

2 tbsp

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take bread slices and with the help of a cookie cutter cut the breads into round.

* Step 2

Take a bowl add boiled potatoes peeled, chopped onion, capsicum, carrot, ginger, black pepper and salt.

* Step 3

Nicely mix all the ingredients.

* Step 4

Now take a round bread and above it spread the potato mixture evenly.

* Step 5

Sprinkle some sesame seeds/rava.

* Step 6

Heat some oil in a pan. Nicely fry both the sides till brown in colour.

* Step 7

You can also bake and deep fry.
