Basanti misti pulao

#5ing It's sweet in taste. A Bengali recipe. I love to have it with mutton

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

45 minutes
1/2 cup

sugar

2 tbsp

ghee

1 tsp

Turmeric

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash rice and spread it in a plate to dry it up.

* Step 2

When it's dry add turmeric, grated ginger and 1tbsp of ghee. Mix it nicely and keep it for another 10 minutes.

* Step 3

Take a wok add ghee when hot add the rice. Fry it for few minutes.

* Step 4

Take another flat bottomed pan boil 4 cups of water. Add rice and sugar and mix.

* Step 5

Cook till rice is done.
