Chocolate cake

If you add bournvita hot chocolate powder with cocoa powder it makes cake very soft #ilovecooking

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and bournvita powder for 3-4 times.

* Step 2

Take a hand blender or mixer grinder and beat eggs for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Add milk and again beat for 2 minutes.

* Step 4

Add oil and sugar and beat for 5 minutes.

* Step 5

Add dry ingredients in small quantity and mix it well. Add vanilla essence.

* Step 6

Grease a microwave safe bowl or line it with oil paper.

* Step 7

Pour the batter and microwave it for 5-6 minutes in highest temperature.

* Step 8

Put a knife or a toothpick if it gets out clean then your cake is ready.

* Step 9

Heat cream in microwave or a pan for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

* Step 10

Pour the cream into the chopped dark chocolate and mix it well till chocolate melts nicely.

* Step 11

Pour the chocolate into the cake. Nicely spread it.

* Step 12

Take a piping bag and add the melted white chocolate.

* Step 13

Design in spiral shape and with a toothpick design it.
