Easy Köfte
Whats special about this dish is that its easy to make. Definitely fulfilling and makes a perfect last minute dinner. Also, whatever is left you can freeze for later. Stays up to 2-3 months in the freezer. Did I say its under 30 minutes to make ! Pair it with a salad, rice and sautéed vegetables, or even in a pita 🥙 pocket; the options are infinite.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, pre-heat oven on 400 degrees. Next, add all your spices and herbs, egg, onion puree, oil, and onion puree. Knead for 3 minutes by hand
* Step 2
Use 1/4 cup as your measure to make sure every köfte is the same size. Shape into a ball as shown and place on a foiled greased baking tray.
* Step 3
Bake for 15-20 minutes until it looks as shown depending on your oven.
