Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast semolina in. 2 tbsp ghee and keep aside
* Step 2
Take oil in a pan Add mustard seed,add red chilli,add peanuts, cashews,chana dal,ginger,green chilli and hing
* Step 3
Now add onion sliced and saute for a minute
* Step 4
Now add chopped tomatoes,carrots,peas and capsicum salt,redchilli and a pinch of sugar
* Step 5
Add roasted semolina and water and cook for few minutes.check the texture it should be like a semi thick halwa
* Step 6
Take moulds and add the upma mix in moulds and keep fir 2-3 minutes..serve hot
* Step 7
Garnish with ketchup and coriander leaves
