Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Found this gem at "simplejoy.com" and it was originally made on the stovetop. However, I decided to make mine in the microwave, as other fudge recipes do just fine that way. 🤷🏻‍♀️👌*See their website for stovetop directions. 😏👍 I also didn't have peanut butter chips so I used white chocolate chips instead. This fudge still came out peanut buttery & creamy and was absolutely delicious! 🤤😍 #peanutbutterfudge #fudge #holidaytreats #peanutbutterlovers

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Line an 8 by 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Plastic wrap works fine as well. Or place cupcake tins/papers into a cupcake pan as I did.

* Step 2

Combine all ingredients except for vanilla extract in a large microwave safe bowl or container. Microwave for 60 seconds then add vanilla extract & whisk vigorously until smooth.

* Step 3

Pour into the prepared baking dish or cupcake tins. Cover with aluminum foil and let set in the refrigerator for four hours.

Store fudge in an airtight container for up to two weeks or serve & eat immediately. Enjoy!
