Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
Found this gem at "simplejoy.com" and it was originally made on the stovetop. However, I decided to make mine in the microwave, as other fudge recipes do just fine that way. 🤷🏻♀️👌*See their website for stovetop directions. 😏👍 I also didn't have peanut butter chips so I used white chocolate chips instead. This fudge still came out peanut buttery & creamy and was absolutely delicious! 🤤😍 #peanutbutterfudge #fudge #holidaytreats #peanutbutterlovers

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Line an 8 by 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Plastic wrap works fine as well. Or place cupcake tins/papers into a cupcake pan as I did.
* Step 2
Combine all ingredients except for vanilla extract in a large microwave safe bowl or container. Microwave for 60 seconds then add vanilla extract & whisk vigorously until smooth.
* Step 3
Pour into the prepared baking dish or cupcake tins. Cover with aluminum foil and let set in the refrigerator for four hours.
* Step 4
Store fudge in an airtight container for up to two weeks or serve & eat immediately. Enjoy!
