Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take butter in non stick pan.add garlic chopped, wheat flour and saute for a minute.add milk and let it cook till it thickens
* Step 2
Now add chopped Bellpeppers,onion greens, salt and pepper.add grated beetroot and keep aside
* Step 3
Now take 6 crackers.apply marinara sauce on 3 crackers and place a spoonful of filling on top.cover them with other crackers with a dash of mayonnaise.u can use curd also
* Step 4
Now take any crunchy munchy chips and crush them.I used soya sticks here
* Step 5
Now apply tomato chilli sauce on all sides of the crackers
* Step 6
Coat with the crunchy soya sticks crumble
* Step 7
Serve immediately....u will enjoy it to lees.
