Bread Malpua with Mango phirni mousse & sesame chikki

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First soak rice in water for 45 min. Dry them & coarsely grind in a mixer
* Step 2
Take milk in a pan. Add milk powder.Heat it add coarse rice. Cook on low flame till quantity is reduced. Add sugar, khoya, mango puree., elaichi powder.And cook for few more minutes.. keep aside.
* Step 3
Take 2 tbsp whipping cream & fold mango phirni in it. Mango phirni mousse is ready
* Step 4
Take a bread piece.cut in circles & fry in desi ghee.Dip in sugar syrup with kesar & keep aside
* Step 5
For sesame chikki... Take sugar in a pan.heat it till it turns golden brown.
* Step 6
Pour it on a silicone sheet. Sprinkle sesame on top of it. Cool it and break in pieces
* Step 7
Now layer mango phirni mousse on top of bread malpua & garnish with pine nuts, watermelon seeds, mango pieces& sesame chikki
