Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a blender jar. Add beetroot & carrot in it. Add a little water. Make a smooth puree
* Step 2
Now take a jar. Add curd,beetroot puree,salt,cumin,pepper powder,mint leaves, crushed ice & water&blend.
* Step 3
Now take a glass. Coat it with beet root puree.Now add the chhaas in it. Serve chilled with mint leaves & beetroot garnish
