Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For keema : wash mince thoroughly with water and drain excess water and transfer to colander.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add all the whole garam masala. Let it crackle. Add chopped onions and saute till translucent not add mince and saute till it changes it's colour.
* Step 3
Now add all the spices and saute till raw aroma disappears. Add 1/2 cup of water and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Remove the lid and evaporate all the water if any. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and green chilli. Keep aside.
* Step 4
For dough: take a mixing bowl and add refined flour and yeast, salt, sugar, refined oil and Lukewarm water and knead it to firmed.grease it with oil andCover it and rest it for 30 min
* Step 5
For assembling:take the dough and dust it with the refined flour and knead again. Divide the dough in equal portion. Take a portion and flatten it with your hands.
* Step 6
Take a spoon full of the keema mixture and stuff it. Roll it to a ball. And know flatten it with your hands. Make the edges slightly thick. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and Peirce it with the fork.milk wash the fateer.
* Step 7
Meanwhile preheat your oven. Transfer to the baking tray and bake it in preheated oven for 30 min. Serve hot.
