Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly boil the milk and remove from the flame. Add sevai and just fluffy it gently.
* Step 2
Now add sugar, ghee, elachi, clove, cinnamon stick, bay leaf and stir gently. Put the flame on. Keep the flame high for first 5 min and afterwards turn the flame to low. Cover and cook 15 min stirring occasionally.
* Step 3
Now add mawa and nuts and again cook for 5 min on low flame. Remove from the gas stove.
* Step 4
Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle some left over mawa and nuts. Serve warm.
