Chana dal chilla

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse chana dal thoroughly with water and soak it overnight or 5-6 hours in enough water. Now drain excess water and transfer to a grinding jar. Mix all the ingredients except oil. Add water and grind to a smooth paste.
* Step 2
Transfer to a big mixing bowl and beat the mixture properly till fluffy. Meanwhile heat oil on tawa. Put a spoon full of mixture onto the tawa and spread it evenly about 3" Diameter in the circle.
* Step 3
Pour some more oil if required. Fry it on low- medium flame. Don't touch the chilla until it is slightly cooked. Gently flip to the other side. Cook very carefully until both sides are golden. Repeat the same with rest of the mixture.
* Step 4
Transfer to the plate.Serve immediately with green chutney.
