Ingredient

Salt

1/2 tsp

Garam masala

1/2 tsp

Jeera powder

2 tbsp

Cornflour

1/2 tsp

Chaat masala

as needed

Oil to cook

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash chicken thoroughly and allow excess water to squeeze out.

* Step 2

Mix all the ingredients except oil and marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.

After 2 hours heat oil in a pan and put chicken to it and cook it water evaporates on high flame (approximately 10 min)

Remove from the flame and after that take tikka sticks and skew chicken to the sticks.

Now again take a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil and put chicken sticks to shallow fry it on high flame turning sides regularly.. Till golden.

Sprinkle some chaat masala over it. Serve hot.
