* Step 1
In a kadai add oil, chopped onion, garlic, chopped tomato,red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, turmericPowder,and water mix it well.and cook for 2 min.on low flame.
* Step 2
Now add curd mix it well.add tomato ketchup mix it again.now add brinjal and potato
* Step 3
Mix and cover with glass lid and cook for 10 min.on low flame.now add kasuri methi mix it again.
