* Step 1
In a bowl add breadcrumbs, semolina, beetroot, chopped onion,kasuri methi,add some spices like (salt, oregano,red chilli powder, coriander powder turmericpowder,garam masala)
* Step 2
Now add boiled potato and Little by little water mix it well.now dough is ready.Now give an tikki shape like this.
* Step 3
Before frying.all cutlets are ready.Let them sit for about 5 min.now serve with chutney and salad.
