Jaggery Carrot Halwa

Ingredient

1/2 kg

milk

2 tbsp

cream

250 grm

jaggery

1 tbsp

ghee

1/2 cup

milk powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash, peel and grate the carrots. Heat the ghee in a deep pan, add the carrots and saute for 2-3 mins.Add the milk,mix well and cook on a medium flame till the milk is absorbed totally.

Now add the jaggery,dry fruits like(chironji,almonds,walnuts)mix well,and saute till the ghee leaves the bottom of the vessel.

Now add grated coconut, desiccated coconut, milk powder

* Step 4

And add 2 tablespoon of ghee mix well and cook for few minutes.

Halwa is ready to serve with hot and cold.
