Jaggery Carrot Halwa

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, peel and grate the carrots.
Heat the ghee in a deep pan, add the carrots and saute for 2-3 mins.Add the milk,mix well and cook on a medium flame till the milk is absorbed totally.
* Step 2
Now add the jaggery,dry fruits like(chironji,almonds,walnuts)mix well,and saute till the ghee leaves the bottom of the vessel.
* Step 3
Now add grated coconut, desiccated coconut, milk powder
* Step 4
And add 2 tablespoon of ghee mix well and cook for few minutes.
* Step 5
Halwa is ready to serve with hot and cold.
