* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, kasuri methi,boiled potato,red chilli powder,cumin seeds salt, oil mix it well properly.
* Step 2
Now add little by little water and knead a semi-soft dough and cover the plate and rest for 10 min. Keep aside.Now after 10min.knead for dough now take a small portion and make a round shape and little oil on the rolling base and roll it.
* Step 3
Now fry it on a high flame and flip it on both sides.aloo poori is ready.
