* Step 1
Boiling the noodles:
Bring 5 cups of water to a bowl.Once it starts boiling, add a big pinch of salt and noodles.Let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Noodles should be soft, not mushy. Drain the water. Run under running cold water to stop the cooking process. Then add little oil and toss the noodles, so they do not stick to each other. Keep it aside.
* Step 2
Heat the oil in a kadai add onion,chilli,carrot
* Step 3
Capsicum, cabbage, coriander powder,noodles masala
* Step 4
Now add salt,red chilli powder, oregano, ginger garlic paste
* Step 5
Mix it well.now add soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, noodles mix it well.now noodles are ready.
