Authentic and Easy Bread in 30 Minutes
I experimented many times to improve the recipe.
You can make it using one bowl so that you don't need to do a lot of dishes later. This bread is as good as hand kneaded one.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the milk and butter into a large heatproof bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds at 500 W.
* Step 2
Add the sugar and dry yeast, and mix with a fork. Add the bread flour, mix with the fork until the dough comes together, then knead for about 30 seconds by hand.
* Step 3
Microwave for 40 seconds at 200 W, and knead again for 30 seconds. Microwave for 10 minutes using the dough rising mode.
* Step 4
Preheat the oven to 230℃. In the mean time, divide the dough into 4 portions, and roll into balls. Bake on the bottom rack for 10 minutes, and done.
