* Step 1

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, red chilli powder,red chilli flakes,palak puree mix it well properly. now add little by little water and knead a semi-soft dough and cover the plate and rest for 10 min. Keep aside.

* Step 2

Now using your rolling pin,roll the dough to a circle of 7-8 inch diameter.

Transfer the rolled paratha on to the hot tawa.cook the side for a min.or two and then flip over.Apply ghee on the half cooked side and flip again.now apply ghee on the other side as well.press with spatula.Cook the paratha till both sides have golden brown spot on them.now paratha is ready.serve with curd,pickle,and chutney.
