Aloo Paratha

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, kasuri methi mix it well properly. now add little by little water and knead a semi-soft dough and cover the plate and rest for 10 min. Keep aside.
* Step 2
For stuffing:-
In a mixing bowl add mashed potato,red chilli powder, coriander powder mix it well.niw stuffing is ready.
* Step 3
Take one of the dough balls and using your rolling pin roll it into a circle.Place 2 tbsp of stuffing in the center.don't overfill,else it will be difficult to roll.bring all the edges together and pinch to seal the edges flatten the dough ball using your hands.Now using your rolling pin,roll the dough to a circle of 7-8 inch diameter.transfer the rolled paratha on to the hot tawa.cook the side for a min.or two and then flip over.
* Step 4
Now aloo Paratha is ready.
