First take soaked moong dal and grind it in mixer jar.now take a bowl pour this grinded moong dal now add green dal sprout and chana dal sprout add besan add green chilli add salt add red chilli powder add coriander powder mix it well properly.now add suzi mix it well.now grease oil on your palm.and now makeround shape tikki and shallow fry them.
sprout moong dal cutlets are ready.garnish with coriander leaves and tomato ketchup.
