In a bowl add curd,grated potato mix it well

Now add some spices like(salt,red chilli powder,chat masala,oregano)mix it well

Now add some water mix it again.

For tadka:- In a pan add cumin seeds,dry red chilli,red chilli powder now tadka is ready.

Now pour the raita in a bowl.now add the tadka on the raita.aloo raita is ready.
