Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a kadai add oil, tomato, brinjal and aloo
* Step 2
Mix it well.now add some spices like (turmericpowder,red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder)mix it well and cover with lid for 5 min.on low flame.
* Step 3
Now add some water and cover with lid for 5 min.and again mix it well.
* Step 4
Now add tomato ketchup and tandoori mayonnaise mix it again.now sabzi is ready to serve with chapati/ poori.
