Bedmi Poori Or Aloo Ki Sabzi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For bedmi poori:- In a bowl add soaked black gram lentil now in a mixer jar add black gram lentil and grind it without water now smooth paste is ready and keep aside.

* Step 2

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,add semolina,add urad dal paste,add ginger,add green chilli,add salt,add red chilli powder,add coriander powder,add carom seeds,add asafoetida,add Fenugreek leaves, add turmericpowder mix it well properly.now add little by little water and knead a semi soft dough and cover the plate and rest for 10 min. Keep aside.

* Step 3

Now after 10min.knead for a dough now take a small portion and make a round shape and little oil on rolling base and roll it now fry on high flame and flip it both side.bedmi poori is ready.

* Step 4

Aloo sabzi :- In a pan add gram flour and stir on low flame for 2 min.take it out and keep aside.now in a same pan add oil,add cumin seeds,add asafoetida,add green chilli,add ginger cook for a 1 min. for low flame.now add turmericpowder,red chilli powder,add Kashmiri Lal mirch powder,add coriander powder mix it well and cook for 20 sec on low flame.now add roasted gram flour cook for a min.now add tomato puree and add salt as per taste mix it well.

* Step 5

Now cover the lid and cook till oil separate on medium flame.mix it well.masala perfectly cooked.now add boiled mashed potato now add hot water and add kasuri methi,add garam masala,add mango powder mix it again.and cover the lid and cook for 10 min.on medium flame. now switch off tha gas and aloo ki sabzi is ready.
