In a mixing bowl add curd,salt mix it well.now add chopped onion and chopped tomato mix it again and keep aside.In a pan add cumin seeds and dry red chilli.tadka is ready.switch off the gas.now pour the raita in a bowl.now add the tadka on the raita.onion tomato raita is ready.
