Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, take 3 prepared bati and break them into a mixer jar. make a coarse powder of bati.heat tawa with 2 tbsp of ghee and roast powdered bati.

* Step 2

Roast on low flame for 7 minutes or till it turns golden and aromatic, cool the mixture completely. further, add 3 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 tbsp chopped almonds-cashew, and ¼ tsp cardamom powder.

* Step 3

Mix well finally, churma is ready.
