Cheesy Garlic Potato Pide

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a cup add lukewarm water, add powder sugar, add yeast mix it well and rest for 5 mins. Keep aside.
* Step 2
In a bowl add all-purpose flour, add salt, add yeast mixture mix it well. Knead the dough until it soft. Make a soft dough
* Step 3
Cover the dough. Let it rise for 1 hour. At warm place. Now take a bowl add boiled potatoes
* Step 4
Add onion, add capsicum, add sweetcorn, add garlic
* Step 5
Add cheese, add paneer, add garlic bread powder
* Step 6
Add oregano, add salt mix it well now stuffing is ready. Now take a baking tray and place the butter paper and apply some oil
* Step 7
Now divide the dough into two equal size. Flatten the dough into a thin oval about 23-25 cm. Now spread the pizza sauce
* Step 8
Put the potato mixture to each dough now cheese on top and sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano
* Step 9
Roll up the dough at the edge inward to shape the dough like a boat.put on a baking tray or we can shape directly on the tray.Apply butter on the dough.
* Step 10
Cover the plate and Let it rest for 10 mins. Now bake in a preheated oven at 200c for 10mins.now cheesy garlic potato pide is ready.
