Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a tawa add fennel seeds, add fenugreek seeds, add mustard seeds.
* Step 2
Roast it for 5-6 mins on low flame.now all the roasted ingredients put into the jar and coarsely grind it. Achar masala is ready.
* Step 3
In a pan add mustard oil,add asafoetida, add grated mango
* Step 4
Add termeric powder, add red chilli powder,add salt
* Step 5
Mix it again. add kalonji,add achar masala powder
* Step 6
Mix it and cooked for 10 mins.Now take a jar and fill the jar with pickle and tighten with lid.
