Ingredient

1 cup

sevaiyan

1 tbsp

khoya

1 cup

sugar

1 tbsp

ghee

1 tsp

chirongi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a kadai add ghee and add sevaiyan now roast it well properly

* Step 2

Now add khoya,add milk powder,add sugar

Mix it well properly now add milk,add pinch of colour till it thickens

* Step 4

Now sevaiyan barfi is ready to switch off the gas. Take a tray and grease it and add the sevaiyan mixture into the tray use a spatula to spread the mixture

* Step 5

Garnish with almonds place the tray in the fridge for an hour to set,once set cut into a desired shape.
