Inside Out Vada Pav
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan, heat oil & add the mustard seeds, curry leaves once they splutter, add the garlic, ginger & hing, cook for 2 mins. Now add the turmeric, & potatoes, season with salt & combine the masala with the potatoes. Before removing add chopped coriander & mix well Take the pav and now cut them into small pieces. On one side of the pav add schezwan sauce & top with another piece of pav crating small sandwiches.
* Step 2
Pan fry these sandwiches till golden brown in a pan. Wrap these sandwiches with the potato mixture. Dip them in besan batter & deep fry in oil Fry for 2-3 mins on medium heat till the crust becomes crispy. Cut in halves & serve.
