#pav #healthy2020 #saturday A very quick breakfast in the name of kejriwal famous in Bombay is ready.The sunny side up egg over a toast and topped with green chillies and grated cheese is just going to make your breakfast perfect.

Ingredient

1 tbsp

sweet corn

to taste

Salt

1 tsp

butter

as needed

Oil for drizzle

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the pav buns horizontally into halves.heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan and place halved pav buns over it.shallow fry both sides until light brown.remove in pan and keep aside.heat 1 tsp of oil ina pan,add onion,sweet corn,capsicum saute for 1 min.now add tomatoes and salt mix well and cook for 2-3 min.topping is ready.

* Step 2

Place a medium cookie cutter on to the same pan,drizzle a little oil and break an egg into it.sprinkle salt,let the base cook completely.remove the cookie cutter.now egg poached is ready.

* Step 3

Now take a pav bun put grated cheese over it.now place cabbage leaf over to cheese.and then at topping over it.and now place the egg poached on the prepared bun.now add some topping on the poached egg.now egg kejriwal is ready to serve.
