Whosayna’s Haaka Noodles

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil noodles with salt and water then strain water.
* Step 2
In a wok put three tablespoons of oil.
* Step 3
Then add garlic and ginger, add green chillies and toss.
* Step 4
Now add veggies and soya sauce.
* Step 5
Let it dry, sprinkle salt and white pepper.
* Step 6
Add noodles, hot sauce and vinegar and stir well.
* Step 7
Garnish with spring onions and serve as you make.
* Step 8
NB: if you using chicken, stir fry chicken before adding veggies.
