Whosayna’s Veggie and Prawns Pillao

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Braise onions in five heapful tablespoons of ghee or oil till pinkish brown color

* Step 2

Add garlic paste and whole garam masala braise then add tomatoes, salt n spices, saute till paste like

* Step 3

Add peas and cook till done, add coconut milk and boil then add rice, potatoes, shrimps and carrots

* Step 4

If water is less can add more coconut milk, when rice is done, simmer it

* Step 5

Add chopped coriander leaves and mix

* Step 6

Serve with raita or kachoomer
