I Have small family. and I don't want spend too much time in kechen so my recipe take shortest time to create.

Ingredient

eggs

2 slice

breads

2 tsp

butter

1 tbsp

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

wash potatoes micro wave for 3 minutes

* Step 2

cut micro waved potatoes in 1/4

* Step 3

add olive oil in pan. when it is hot add garlic cook slowly so it is not burned.

* Step 4

when garlic look opulent add potatoes and brown the potatos season potato for your liking.

* Step 5

toast bread butter it

* Step 6

make 4 sunny side up eggs

* Step 7

served with potatos 2 eggs and sliced buttered bred
