Whosayna’s Mutton Khorma

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In pressure cooker braise onions in ghee and oil till nice golden brown colour. Add ginger and garlic stir then add mutton and let it fry till all onions are blended well. Blend yogurt and tomatoes then add them in pressure cooker with the rest of spices and chillies, add water and let it cook till tender. If it's watery dry up the gravy on high flame, garnish with chopped coriander and serve with sookhi rotis.
