Whosayna’s Chilli Garlic Baked Potatoes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel potatoes and cut them in 2 or 4 put them in a pot add 1 tsp margarine or butter and water, keep on boil, when almost done but not soft, remove and strainer out water.
Add garlic, vinegar and paprika, margarine, oil then toss.
Pour on tray and bake in oven on 230 C till top crisped up.
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley and serve
