Whosayna’s Tutti Frutti

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep papaya cubes on boil with 1 and 1/2 tea mugs of water in pressure cooker just 2 whistles then remove lid and add sugar and citric acid, boil till water thickens a little. Remove from flame and let it cool a bit. Keep 5 bowls ready with each of different gel colour. Equally pour papaya cubes with coloured water in each bowl and mix well.

* Step 2

Let it rest for few hours in sugar mixture and colour, then strain one by one keeping on thaali, but keep separately do not mix them then sun dry or keep in shed.

* Step 3

Should be totally dry can store in fridge in jar.
