Whosayna’s Caramel Creame Pudding

Ingredient

4 cups

fresh milk

1 cup

evaporated milk (tin)

1/4 tsp

baking powder

1 tbsp

custard powder

1 tsp

vanila essence

1/2 cup

condensed milk (optional, use 4-5 tbsp sugar to your taste)

1 tsp

butter (melted)

8

eggs

3 tbsp

nestle or fresh cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep steamer on boil... beat egg and milk together til fluffy add custard powder and de rest of ingredients and beat well... caramalise 2 tbsp sugar in a pot add vanilla essence as soon as u remove from flame, let it cool add the mixture and steam...
