Blend onion, chilli, garlic, salt, turmeric powder, rice flour in 1 cup (thin) coconut milk, till it bubbles make sure you stir it at intervals... Add (thick) coconut milk, boil once, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice and fried fish...
