Hot Tomato and Basil Salad
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
In a bowl mix the cherry tomatoes with the sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic, capers, a and olive oil then transfer to an ovenproof baking tray.
* Step 3
Transfer to the oven for 10-12 minutes or until tomatoes are hot and soft but still holding their shape. Tip any excess liquid out then transfer to a serving bowl, seaosn with more salt and pepper and garnish with basil leaves.
Serve with crusty bread.
