Cujan Pork Balls With Vegetable Rice
Another Slimming World recipe which is cooked in under 30 minutes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add the pork, cajun mix and egg to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Using clean hands and fingers is best, mix it all together.
* Step 3
Line a baking tray with greaseproof then shape the meat into roughly 20 equal balls and space them out evenly on the tray.
* Step 4
Transfer to the oven then cook for 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning half way through.
* Step 5
In the meantime cook the rice according to packet instructions adding the frozen vegetables for the last 8-10 minutes of the cooking time.
* Step 6
Drain the rice and vegetables if there is any liquid leftover in the saucepan.
* Step 7
Serve immediately with the cajun balls and a salad of choice.
