Garlic & Thyme Chicken With Vegetable Pasta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinade the chicken breasts with the, thyme, garlic, chilli, black pepper, salt, zest and juice of a lemon. Set a side until needed.

* Step 2

Preheat grill to medium-high or air fyer at 200c.

* Step 3

Grill the chicken for 6 minutes on each side or for 8-10 minutes in the air fryer, turning once.

* Step 4

Cook the pasta according to packet instructions, once its boiling add the beans. Add the kale for the final 5 minutes. Drain well, then season with salt, pepper and, if using, chilli flakes.

* Step 5

Slice the chicken thickly, about 1cm thick and serve with the pasta and vegetables.
